Step 1

Start by typing in keywords (see the Glossary for a definition) in the slot under the Articles tab. Below is part of the results screen from typing in the keywords fairly tales AND child psychology.

To read the full text of the article, click where it says Access Online (note that in some cases the link will say View Full Text).

3. Note that you can identify scholarly articles because it will be marked Peer Reviewed (for some basic criteria for distinguishing scholarly from non-scholarly articles, see Characteristics of Sholarly/Popular Periodical Articles) you want to restrict your search to only peer

If you want only peer reviewed articles, check the box on the lefthand side.
