archnet archet is an online resource on architecture, urbanization, art, and culture in the Islamic world. It contains a variety of resources, including open access syllabi.It was developed by M.I.T.

Arabic Collections Online Over 10,000 volumes of public domain Arabic materials from many institutions. Covers a wide variety of topics.

Amir Access to Mideast and Islamic Resources. A variety of open-access materials.

Qatar Digital Library Free for use and re-use. Covers much of the Gulf Region.

Directory of Free Arab Journals In Arabic. Covers the Middle East, North Africa and parts of Sub-Saharan Africa.

Global Open Access Portal This is the Access by Region page of this United Nations supported program. By clicking on a specific nation in the category of Arab States one can see major open access resources in that nation.
