About Google Scholar

"Google Scholar provides a simple way to broadly search for scholarly literature.....across many disciplines and sources."  One simple search box will get you to a wealth of scholarly articles, theses, books and abstracts.  From your results pages, you can view citing articles, explore related articles,  and format a citation in MLA, APA , or Chicago.

Google Scholar Library is your personal  collection of articles.  You can collect and organize articles for easy retrieval.  Click on the blue "My Library" tab above for more information.

  Google Scholar Citations offers a simple way for authors to track citations to their articles.  Metrics on citations are also provided and are computed and updated automatically whenever Scholar is updated.  Click on the blue "My Citations" tab above for more information.
