Great Fashion Designers: Home

Guide supports Professor Claire Lindgren's Great Designers class, AH 14F, taught in collaboration with Library Information class (First Year Connections). Students will study work of many contemporary fashion designers from Chanel to Donna Karan.

What is an Annotated Bibliography?

An annotated bibliography is an alphabetical list of citations and descriptions of a variety of materials (books, articles, websites, videos, etc).  You will write a brief paragraph (100-150 words) evaluating the source.  Each entry will contain evaluations of the authority, quality and relevance of the source as it pertains to your topic. As the Library course proceeds, you will be submitting an annotation for 5 of the sources you choose for your paper and presentation.
