ATLA Digital Library Large collection of digitized primary source material on religion maintained by ATLA  (previously American Theological Library Association.)

Bible (Gateway) Multiple transitions.

Christian Classics Ethereal Library  A good source of a variety of Christian classics.

Cornell University Library Digital Witchcraft Collection Over 3,000 books, manuscripts, and related materials.

Internet Sacred Texts Archive Search under specific tradition.

LGBTQ Religious Archive Network A wide range of primary material on LGBTQ + religious life and history.

Library of Congress. World Digital Project. Religion. Eclectic collection.

Nag Hammadi Library Maintained by the Gnostic Society Library.

Pew Research Center Good source of data and reports on a variety of religious topics in the United States and world-wide. The Topic Index drop-down menu at the topic leads to you most religion data and reports on the site but not necessarily all. Data can be a primary source, reports probably not.
