Drama and Dance: Databases

The Axinn Library provides over two hundred online databases containing citations and often full-text articles from scholarly journals, popular magazines and newspapers.  These databases are listed alphabetically and by subject under Databases by Subject on the Library home page.  We have selected those databases most appropriate for research in Drama and Dance.

If the full text of the article you need is not available in the database you are currently searching, click on the FIND ARTICLE link that appears in your results list.  This will take you to Journal Finder --an electronic list of journals that we subscribe to (click on the link below for direct access to Journal Finder).  Journal Finder will let you know if the full text of your article is available in another of Hofstra's databases.  The link below will provide instructions on how to use Journal Finder.
