Epistolae: Medieval Women's Letters

Independent Voices Alternative newspapers, magazines, and journals. Drawn from the later half of the 20th century, many from the 1960s and 1970s.

Feminist Periodicals  Open access respository of academic and popular journals published in Women's and Gender Studies.

Empty Closet Oldest LGBTQ+ newspaper in New York State with volumes going back to the 1970s

Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy  Interdisciplinary in focus and published by Duke Law Students.

American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy & Law Focuses on law and gender, and published by students at the American University Washington College of Law.

Women in Judaism: A Multidisciplinary Journal A refereed electronic journal.

Chrysalis Quarterly Blog/Journal successor to the print publication by the same name which ceased in 1998. Focus on transgender issues.

Gay and Lesbian Memory in Action (GALA)  South Africa resource.

Journal of International Women's Studies Entirely open-access, multimedia and international in focus.

Jewish Women: A Comprehensive Historical Encyclopedia Maintained online by the Jewish Women's Archive. It was originally published in CD-Rom form by Shalvi Publishing and was edited by Paula Hyman of Yale and Dalia Offer of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. The Search drop-down menu can be changed to search within the Encyclopedia only.
