The document at the bottom of this box from Student Computing Services will walk you through the downloading process. You have 3 options for downloading Zotero:
1. You may download Zotero as an add-on in the Firefox web browser. Once installed in Firefox, Zotero will load seamlessly everytime you open Firefox. All you need do is click on the Zotero extension in the lower right hand corner of your browser and your library will load.
2. You may download Zotero 3.0 BETA which is a standalone piece of software you can install on your PC or Mac that works alongside Firefox and offers Google Chrome and Safari add-ons. This means you can use Zotero with any browser by launching BETA or you can install the Zotero add-on in Google Chrome or Safari and it will work within these browsers as it does in Firefox.
3. You may download the Zotero word-processing plugin which will work with Open-office and Microsoft Word. View this video on how to use Zotero in a word processing document.
